The legal background for data processing is provided by Act CXII of 2011 (Infotv.) and Act C of 2000 on Accounting (Sztv.). The legal basis for data processing is your consent in accordance with Section 5 (1) a) of the Infotv., and — in the event of withdrawal of your consent — the fulfillment of a legal obligation imposed on the Data Controller under the Accounting Act pursuant to Section 6 (5) a) of the Infotv.

Purpose of data processing:
Issuing invoices in compliance with legal regulations and fulfilling the obligation to retain accounting documents. According to Section 169 (1)-(2) of the Accounting Act, companies must retain accounting documents directly and indirectly supporting bookkeeping records.

Scope of processed data:
Name, address, and email address are required for placing an order, and name and address are required for issuing an invoice.

Duration of data processing:
Issued invoices must be retained for 8 years from the date of issuance in accordance with Section 169 (2) of the Accounting Act. Please note that if you withdraw your consent for invoicing, the Data Controller is entitled to retain your personal data obtained during invoicing for 8 years based on Section 6 (5) a) of the Infotv.

The legal basis for data processing is your consent in accordance with Section 5 (1) a) of the Infotv. and Sections 6 (1)-(2) of the Grt.

The purpose of data processing is to inform you about the latest and best offers and promotions. Please note that newsletters may contain advertisements not only from the Data Controller but also from other companies; however, your personal data will not be transferred to them.

Until withdrawal of your consent.

Messages sent during contact are stored for a maximum of one month, but you may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

If the Data Controller intends to carry out further data processing, prior information will be provided regarding the essential circumstances (legal background, legal basis, purpose, scope of data, and duration).

Please note that the Data Controller is obliged to comply with written data requests from authorities based on legal authorization. The Data Controller maintains records of data transfers in accordance with Section 15 (2)-(3) of the Infotv. (which authority, what personal data, on what legal basis, and when it was transferred), and provides information upon request unless prohibited by law.

WebHostIcon Hosting and Domain Service Provider Ltd., based on a written contract with the Data Controller, performs the storage of personal data on servers. It is not authorized to access personal data.

4. Data security measures

The Data Controller declares that appropriate security measures have been taken to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion, or destruction, as well as accidental destruction and damage, and inaccessibility resulting from changes in applied technology.

5. Your rights during data processing

During the period of data processing, you are entitled to:
- the right to information,
- the right to rectification,
- the right to erasure,
- the right to restriction (blocking),
- the right to object.

You may request information from the Data Controller regarding the processing of your personal data at any time. The Data Controller will provide written, clear information within the shortest possible time, but no later than 30 days from submission, about the processed data, purpose, legal basis, duration, and recipients of the data.

You may request correction of your personal data, which the Data Controller will fulfill within 15 days.

You may request deletion of your personal data, which the Data Controller will fulfill within 15 days. The right to deletion does not apply if the Data Controller is legally obliged to retain the data or is entitled to further processing under Section 6 (5) of the Infotv. (e.g. invoicing).

You may request restriction of data processing if deletion would violate your legitimate interests. Restricted data may only be processed as long as the purpose preventing deletion exists.

You may object to the processing of your personal data,

- if processing or transfer is necessary solely for fulfilling a legal obligation or legitimate interest, except mandatory processing cases;

- if data is used or transferred for direct marketing, public opinion research, or scientific research without your consent.

The Data Controller will examine the objection within 15 days and inform you in writing of the decision.


6. Legal remedies

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may initiate proceedings with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (mailing address: 1530 Budapest, Pf.: 5., email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu).

You may also turn to a court in case of violation of legal provisions or failure to fulfill your request.

7. Registration in the data protection register

According to the Infotv., the Data Controller must register data processing related to marketing activities. Registration is currently in progress with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.


8. Modification of the Privacy Policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the website after modifications take effect, you accept the updated policy. The Data Controller ensures that previous versions remain accessible.
